Fascinating as ever ,an insiders view.I'Ve always thought Nigel Garbage was a security services stooge, a human pressure cooker who let's the British sheep let off steam and like steam it simply evaporates, one only had to look all his candidates. There's a good biography of him by Michael Crick, the bi line being the "Party life of Nigel Farage" and so many parties !

Spot on as usual Mark with your observations. Sadly lemmings only want to be a part of the winning team.

One strategy that I really liked was that of putting out leaflets - which at first glance were Labour Party leaflets - which pointed out their beliefs & policies, the ones that they keep quiet about on their actual election leaflets. It was done by Patriotic Alternative, and said things like "We bring more immigrants to Britain than any other party."

I hope this exercise gets repeated sometime soon

Let people vote for the winning parties and get replaced by Indians. Nationalists can't save people from their own stupidity

Full agreement on the pointlessness of obscure microparties. Seems to me we should all get behind Restore Britain, which is the fastest growing party in British history and has already overtaken the Tories in membership numbers (now somewhere around 150,000) in only two months.

It has great momentum, and even if it isn't explicitly ethnat (probably a smart move for the boomer normie vote), the fact that Rupert Lowe openly says millions must go is good enough for me.

Some fair points, but excuse me for pointing out the obvious, you start out saying Britain, then the entire article is about right wing english parties....in england...

The biggest nationalist parties are in scotland wales and ireland....none of which are right wing or "micro"....every election the westminster parties are heading closer to that accolade though....

They are effectively 'national' parties, not 'nationalist' parties. Both are more concerned with breaking away from the union and are totally committed to MORE immigration.

Seamus's avatar

Yep,aging population,falling birthrate….immigration is not all bad….

As for breaking away….spot on,its long gone time england stood on its own feet….I know it'll be a new thing but I'm sure it will be fine….

SNP is only nationalist in its hatred towards the English. It'll happily refer to moslem immigrants who arrived just last week as Scottish [ https://youtu.be/X-a7EGv0UEY ] , elect non-British immigrants to power [ https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2026/05/09/trans-green-party-candidate-migrant-elected-holyrood/ ] and vote be a part of the open-borders EU. Ironically therefore it also hates the indigenous people it purports to represent!

I wonder if the people who vote for them actually know what they're voting for? I don't think they do

There again, the majority of English and Welsh vote for pro-replacement immigration parties (Conservative, Labour, Green etc).

Seamus's avatar

Away and stop talking bollox,my dad and sister are english, both SNP voters….

Why would you think wanting to run your country from your own capital means hating the english?

Sounds like you are projecting your own hates bud...

You wouldn't know irony if it jumped up and bit your arse….

ThisIsJamesL's avatar

All that guff, yet no rebuttals to my examples....stunning!

Seamus's avatar

That was a rebuttal bud, guessing it went over your head though....

Just out of curiosity...why are there no english nationalists wanting independence?

Your right about immigrants in scottish politics, the labour deputy and lib dem leader are both english...but then so are their parties...

You are aware that the english arrived on these islands as groups of young men,on small boats, wouldn't learn the language, raped and pillage and eventually stole the entire island...

Then went on to do the same worldwide....

Is that what you are all so frightened of? Someone doing to you what you have done to so many others?

As for joining europe, thats a decision for after we leave the empire,at least there its one nation one vote,as opposed to westminster where its nearly ten to one english to the rest of us.....

Hardly democracy is it?

Don't really understand why you are so angry with scotland seeking to leave the union,it was all about sovereignty when england wanted out of Europe so why is scotland wanting out a far less democratic involuntary union a problem?

As I'm sure you will agree, westminster is shite, and we want out....

Why don't you?

I see, they're running the clock out on people.

Banner drops, protests etc. haven't really shifted the dial, IMHO. They are also more intangible. Perhaps the massive, weekly pro-Palestine protests had *some* effect upon the Green vote. Not sure that we can replicate that.

What are the other methods alluded to?
